An Outstanding Agent -- Thank You, Alex!

With Alex's incredible help, we sold our Mountain View house with multiple offers -- and thanks to his expert guidance, we were able to negotiate a count back (an increase over the original offer), which was an unexpected bonus that no other agent had ever mentioned to us!

Working with Alex was hands down one of the best decisions we made . What stood out most was his deep knowledge of the market, sharp attention to detail, and honest, thoughtful advice. I purchased my current home with Rainmaker about a decade ago! Alex paired me with the right person on his team to work with. I always felt I could go to either of them with questions and concerns.

Through the years, we've stayed loosely in touch. Recently I asked Alex his thoughts on a second property, sharing my concerns and parameters. He had/has really good ideas, has experience with handling different situations, and I didn't/don't feel at all pressured to purchase.

I purchased my very first home through Alex. At the time, the market was incredibly competitive, with multiple offers--sometimes as many as five--on the same property. Thanks to Alex's outstanding presentation, I was able to secure my first home without having to overbid.

A few years later, when it was time to sell that home and purchase a new one, Alex helped me seamlessly transition. He listed my home on the market and found me a new one at the same time. While some agents suggested taking out a bridge loan, Alex genuinely cared about my best interests. Instead of taking unnecessary risks, he negotiated with the seller of my new home to wait until my current home was sold.

Alex was the absolute best to work with! My husband and I purchased our home with Alex's help and couldn't have been happier with our choice of agent. Alex knows every agent in the area, all the ins and outs of every street/neighborhood, and always had our best interest in mind.

Buying in the Bay Area is extremely competitive so we wanted an agent with a lot of experience and one who could give us an edge up--Alex had just that. Throughout the entire buying process, including closing, we were incredibly confident in his ability to push on our behalf. When researching real estate agents to sell my dad's house, my plan was to interview at least 3 candidates before making a final decision. But my initial meeting and walk-through with Alex Wang was so successful that I hired him immediately. In hindsight, I am so very happy that I trusted my initial impressions!

Alex is a smart, organized, pragmatic and personable real estate agent who really understands the local market and how to best prep and market a property to make it as desirable as possible. He also has a dedicated team of skilled trades people and designers who can quickly and cost effectively renovate a "dated" looking home to dramatically boost its appeal.

Alex and his team at Rainmaker Real Estate did a truly phenomenal job of transforming my dad's "ugly duckling" home into a gorgeous swan that received 3 offers over asking price within 72 hours of our listing going live! The response was so amazing that we ended up cancelling the open house and accepting a no contingency offer from a highly motivated buyer who fell in love with the house.

Thanks to Alex, the entire process from prepping the house through close of escrow was seamless and easy. After the initial in person meeting, we were able to handle most of our communication through a combination of text, phone, email and Zoom which worked perfectly for me and eliminated the need to make repeated trips from the East Bay to the Peninsula.
